Anna Sidorova

Hello, my friends! I’m a teacher of social sciences and English in primary school, and also a school psychologist. I’ve worked as a teacher for 10 years, and I really like working with children and young people.

I like reading, travelling, handicrafts, languages, psychology and nature.

In this project I would like to get new and positive experience while cooperating with teachers and students from different partner countries, develop my leadership skills, practice my English and get acquainted with the lifestyles and culture of the young people from our partner countries.

Principal of Rīgas vakara ģimnāzija

Jānis Japiņš

I’m the principal of Rīgas vakara ģimnāzija and a geography teacher. I’ve worked as a teacher for 29 years and for 25 years as a school principal.

I’m interested in travelling, gardening, working with young people, languages and culture of different countries.

I think this project is very important both for our students and teachers, because it gives us the possibility to get acquainted with our partners’ culture, education systems, make new friends in different European countries, and develop our leadership and communication skills.

Jeļena jevdokimova

I’m a school psychologist and teacher of psychology. I’ve worked as a teacher for 14 years, and I like spending time with children and young people.

My hobbies are cooking, reading, travelling, psychology and culture of different cultures.

In this project I would like to get positive experience while cooperating with partners from different countries, speak English and get acquainted with the lifestyles and culture of the people from our partner countries.

Ivita Meikšāne

I’m a social teacher of Rīgas vakara ģimnāzija, and also a teacher in kindergarten. I’ve worked as a teacher for 20 years. I’m active and sociable, and I successfully work with students from social risk families. I like gardening, travelling, reading, working with children and handicrafts.I would like to get new experience while cooperating with partners from European countries, study the interests and lifestyles of the young people from partner countries, develop my English skills through communication and get new ideas for my further work with children and young people.

Ilze Butevica

Hello! I’m a director of studies and Latvian teacher, and also a school social teacher. I’ve worked as a teacher for 17 years, and I think our profession is very important for the whole society.

My interests are travelling, reading, working with young people, taking part in different activities and projects, and active lifestyle.

During this project I would like to share and get new ideas for my work with students, develop my English skills through active communication and study cultures and education systems in different European countries.

Sandra Nordena

I’m a teacher of visual arts in primary school. I’ve worked as a teacher for 8 years, and I enjoy making creative works with my students and taking part in different exhibitions.

I like handicrafts, arts, sport and linedance. I speak Latvian, Russian, English and a bit Spanish.

In this project I would like to get new experience in communication with our partner schools, get acquainted with our partners’ culture, travel and make new friends.

I’m an English teacher in primary and secondary school. I’ve worked as a teacher for 13 years.

My hobbies are travelling, going for a walk with my friends, languages, animals and nature.

I would like to get acquainted with new friends, study our partners’ culture and lifestyles, speak a lot of English, travel to our partners’ countries and share ideas of effective work with young people.

I’m a teacher of computer science and math. I’ve worked as a teacher for about 14 years.

I’m interested in travelling, psychology, history, geography, culture of different countries and architecture.

I would like to study the culture and geography of our partner countries, get new experience through communication with teachers and students from different countries and practice English.
