Our school is situated in Valtino, a village of about 1,000 people. I would say that our students’ background looks like a mosaic. Agricultural families, civil servants, animal breeders, factory workers result in a very interesting combination of classes and characters, children with their ups and downs, questioning and therefore learning. Our school houses 90 students, each of them precious and unique, willing to help in any case, despite the difficulties that they have to experience day by day, sentimental, financial, worries that most teenagers have.

Our teaching workforce consists of 18 teachers, trying to be good advisors to their students, we are both teachers and parents for half of the day. And just like any family, we argue, we laugh, we disagree, we share. But above all, we teach values, we live values, we learn values. Students gain from their teachers, but it is surprising how much we get from our students. And there is still so much to learn, especially when other Cultures and National Identities are involved.

We are Valtino High School and we look forward to getting and giving.
